Stuff you should know.

My qualifications

I am trained to work with adults 18 and over.

Sessions are 60 minutes offered online or in person.

I am a fully qualified Psychosynthesis counselor and trainee psychotherapist. Currently I'm building my practice under the supervision of the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. Until I reach 450 client hours, I am under the strict supervision of highly trained and experienced psychotherapists guiding me to offer the best possible therapy and coaching.

Once training is completed in June 2026, I will be awarded Postgraduate Diploma (PGDip) in Psychosynthesis Psychology by the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London.

At that time I will have also completed the training components required for a Masters degree in Psychosynthesis Psychology. Before the award is granted by Middlesex University London, I must complete and successfully defend my thesis, which I plan to achieve in 2027.

Session Recordings

As a Therapist under supervision, I am required to record all sessions and submit a report to supervision for review within our first 3 session, and once per every 6 sessions thereafter. This is a normal practice for professionally trained psychotherapsits until they reach over 450 therapy hours.

Insurance

I am globally insured to practice counseling with adults over the age of 18, excluding the USA and Canada, through the Institute of Psychosynthesis insurance.

Associations

I am a member of the Association of Psychospiritual Practitioners (APP). This means I abide by their ethical frameworks and am subject to their professional conduct procedures.

All client data is handled in accordance with GDPR in both the UK and EU.
