Who is Tess Irina?

Everything is figure-out-able.
M. Forleo
I came to this work through my own search for a way of living that felt more honest, more meaningful, and more whole.
At a certain point, I found it difficult to reconcile the deeper sense of who I was with the work culture of the world around me.
Psychosynthesis offered me not just a professional framework, but a way of understanding the human experience that felt spacious, intelligent, and deeply alive. It reshaped how I relate to myself, to others, and to the natural world.
That matters. I do not approach therapy as a set of techniques applied from a safe professional textbook. I approach it as someone who deeply respects the courage it takes to question your life, confront what hurts, and respond to the call for change.
I am a fully qualified Psychosynthesis counsellor and trainee psychotherapist at the Institute of Psychosynthesis in London. My work is grounded in a holistic understanding of the person, one that includes mind, body, feelings, and the observer witnessing it all.
I have a particular interest in supporting people through transitions, questions of identity and belonging, relational struggles, self-worth, meaning, and the movement toward a more authentic and fully expressed life.
I have been on a dedicated path of self awareness and spiritual awakening since my early 20's and have learned from a kalidescope of different modalities. I'm confident in what I can offer and I know my limits with what I can't. To know more, get in touch.
